I can tear down mountains
Riddles are little poems or phrases that pose a question that needs answering. Riddles frequently rhyme, but this is not a requirement.
I can tear down mountains, or build them up. I can blind a man, or enable him to see. What am I?

God can do anything, but he is an answer to many riddles. Sand has talent for that.(undersand God!)

Well, you know there are lots of tricks to put "god can do anything" to rest, in my opinion. I don't think god is all powerful or omnipotent, but rather has it's own limits as do we.
Example, (i'm sure a lot of you have heard it hehe) "Could god make a rock so heavy even god could not lift it?"
But, apart from that, I didn't understand the sand part either till I read these comments. But afterwards, you can see it's a clever riddle!
I suppose we just assumed that it meant to enable a BLIND person to see, not just a person
Just goes to show, never assume, eh?

sand can enable a man to see. means, a person who is blind gets a glass eye inserted. and the glass from the eye is made of sand. clever huh
