Joe was an avid surfer. One day he walked past a shop to see a sign in the window that said "WET SUITS HALF PRICE - NOTHING ABOVE $20". Now Joe couldn't resist this kind of a bargain, so he went in and asked the shop assistant about the sign. The assistant pointed him towards a corner of the shop where all the sale items were located. When Joe got there he smiled, shook his head and walked out. Why?

Hint

The problem wasn't in the sizing of the items, nor was it to do with the colour. If Joe had wanted to, he could have worn one of the wet suits, no problem.

zonahobo Jul 12, 2005	Truth in advertising huh? I actually thought it was going to be the wet suit bottoms only (i.e. nothing above ) so they were half suits for half price .. not much of a bargain.. guess I overthunk it ..thanks for sharing the situation!

dolphingurl12 Jul 15, 2005	I got it, but I'm with the above comments. Why would anyone wanna sell wet suits. I guess it was a gimic to get people in the store. But you could just dry them, but then again, he didn't want a suit, he wanted a wetsuit.
