it has 2 be .7734 or 0.7734
bcuz zero is never counted as the first digit  |

| Depends on the type of calculator you have.
"normal" cheap-o calculators do count "0", if you type it in.
Other (better) calculators (I.E. Texas Instruments) do not. |

| Interesting use of the title. I recognized the number right away, and that made me think of calculators, and that enabled me to solve it. Unfortunately, if you have never seen that gag before, it is of no help. |
