The capitals of the countries in group A have five letters: Tokyo, Japan; Quito, Ecuador; Cairo, Egypt; Sofia, Bulgaria; Minsk, Belarus; La Paz, Bolivia; Sucre, Bolivia. Paris, France belongs in Group A.The capitals of the countries in group B have six letters: London, UK; Ottawa, Canada; Vienna, Austria; Bogota, Colombia; Havana, Cuba; Athens, Greece. Berlin, Germany belongs in Group B.
Rome, Italy doesn't belong in either.
Hints: You could solve this by looking at a map with capitals marked. You could solve this by looking at a list of countries and capitals. Bolivia is listed twice because it has two capitals, both with five letters.
