Thanks Who. Wow how did I miss the notification, sorry for the delay guys.
Anyway as I am sure noticed, Pal was a wolf good luck funding the other two.
It is 3am now and I am a little tired. So I will post the story tomorrow.
Everyone just stared in shocked silence at the body, they knew the situatoin was bad. But for one of them to be murdered in cold blood as they slept. Was nowhere sacred for them anymore. After a few moments of staring at the body everyone turned to stare at each other. You could cut the tension in the silent morning air with a knife.
There were 15 members left.
"debc" who was one of the older and wiser of the group. But had earned the respect of those around her.
"cab" was always the quiet ones but that usually came at a costly price.
"Pal" was one of those people who liked to keep to himself. You might not recognise him from a large group but without him things just wouldn't be the same.
"The Spider" & HarryPutter" These two were often the most logical ones of the tribe and were also best friends often seen joking and laughing together also Harry had a sixth sence for danger, often warning the rest of the group wether wanted to listen to him or not.
"snowmonster" was the smartest of the group often telling storys of the past and having a way with words that was unsurpassed by anyone else.
"froggygg" was the person with the wisdom that everyone wish they had, shey has been respected for years and whenever anyone was feeling down she put a smile on everyone's face.
"whovi" one of the young women of the tribe who always worked her hardest, though not the most skillful at anything in particular her overall efforts were impressive and made her a respected woman of the group.
"HABS" was a young woman with a knack for cooking, with skills anyone else could only imagine to aquire. That includes people with years more experience than her, whenever asked what hers secret was she kept her lips sealed on the answer.
"kzmonopoly" young and without much experience, this 18 year old(story only) recently lost his family in th attacks, now looked to the other men to help him train and hone his hunting skills, though is often too shy to ask.
"theaverage"By far the quietest of the group, often overlooked in an discussion due to his shy nature. he never talked much about himself and therefore not much was known about him.
"Jayo"Another vocal one of the group his hunting skills were unmatched despite his young age, some were even a little envious of him because if that. Despite this though everyone had a lot of respect of him and heard his every word whenever anything serious came up in conversation.
"Radioguy"A well respected older man of the group, he is often seen singing either to himself or aloud about days of yonder. Entertaining people as he goes.
"catmandon" Another older member of the tribe. He has seen and been through everything you can possibly imagine and whenever froggygg could not be found, he was the one everyone turned to for advice.
Jayo was the first to break the silence. He was one of the young men of the tribe, but was a well respected one for his hunting skills and wisdom for his age. "I know thing look bleak but if we don`t stick together this then we have already lost". The Spider was the next to speak. I agree, with the way thing are we are sitting ducks right for the plucking everyone be on you guard.
As the group dispersed the kept looking over their shoulder in fear. Any one of them could be next at any time. As the hoours ticked by, nothing out of the ordinary happened so tensions eased a little. Until the sky began to darken again. Everyone gathered in the center of the camp subconsciously as the routine started becoming second nature to everyone. Rumors had spread throughout the day as to who the trairors could be. The chief arrived and had a statement to make that he promised would shock everyone to their core. Everyone went tense and stood silently as the chief exclaimed "I have been keeping a close eye on the camp overnight and late in the night saw three people enter a tent before I knew what was happening we had lost another of our tribe. I was sure I recognised at least one of them, but wanted to make sure I was picking the right person. So I waited till now just to be sure I was shooting the right person".Without saying another word he stared coldly straight at Pal who cursed himself for getting caught and trembled in fear as he closed his eyes. BANG!
The chief then told everyone to disband but not brfore reminding everyone there may well be two more out there.
As everyone went to bed cab visibly upset cab decided to pay respect to friends she had lost recently. While visiting the grave and kneeling down to have a quiet prayer to the spirits to watch over them. She felf an unbearable pain in het chest, after a moments shock se looked down and her initial fear had been answered. She saw blood and the tip of an arrow. She tried to stand up and run, but two more arrows one more through the back puncturing a lung and another through the back of her neck, she hit the groung and after a rew more seconds of blurred vision everything went dark.

Wow, I was feeling bad for Paladin when I saw he had posted at the end of the round, but it looks like we got lucky.
I think snowy and spider are clear in my book, as they had the earliest votes on Paladin. Spider especially since he had other candidates to choose from.
At this point, SPV for kzmonopoly.

I wonder if Paladin threw a late vote on a fellow wolf for some camouflage, voting that way for now

Anyway, I wouldn't clear anyone for shooting someone who was being inactive. I'll SPV for now

I'm going to have to second what HP just said, although I'd like to be cleared. But we all know, an inactive Wolf is pretty useless, and other wolves know this. So in my book, those that voted for Pal are not cleared. I know I'm not a wolf, but I cannot prove this at the moment.
For now, I'll place a vote for Average. I believe he was a no show last round. Will double check on that. Vote is subject to change.
*edit - Ok, just double checked, and Average did vote last round for HP, but did not post any comments or explanation as to why he voted as he did. So . . . . . . . he was semi inactive. lol Will keep my vote on him for the time being. May change later, if he becomes more active.

I'll vote along for the Average. The only thing worse than an inactive player is one who is active but doesn't speak because they don't have even have the excuse of being busy or forgetful. As Spider said, he didn't say a word in MDC's game so if that continues I'll happily put a bullet in him.

Do we need 4 votes on Average already? I mean I get the logic but there is a lot to look at last round....
WHY were there more votes NOT on the inactives? Some players just arnt all that involved in round 1s in general so I get that, but some players
are players who DEF be voting for one of the non-voters, and yet nothing from them.... (then again wouldnt they vote Cab/Rad to protect Pal....unless there is a SECOND wolf among those two)
I think there is a possibility of Harry being among them as well as a few others
I'm just finding it very odd and troubling that in a game with 3 inactives we had almost no late round activity/vote changes....I dont mean at 2: 00 AM I mean almost the entire evening (at least in the U.S)
SPV

ADD: I'm just noticing Cab was eaten so this has ramifications......and why eat her when the seer is out there...kind of very curious. Harry eats inactives but i don't think he's foolish enough to eat a non (or non impacting) seer, but with one wolf dead, the wolves owe no favors....curious

I actually felt bad for Paladin when I saw the majority on him and then seeing he was shot because I thought this was one of his first games since he returned to the site - just like Habs and Radio who were gone for a while. Of course, that was before I knew he was a wolf!
This round has just started and I do not want to add to the votes for Average so soon. We still have over 20 hours left, so I'm going to hold my vote for now and give everyone a chance to post. I'll be back later to see what others may have to say.
SMILE and people will wonder what you are up to!

I usually don't vote for inactives as it usually wastes a round. But this time a player tries to actively influence the game by voting and yet does not even bother to converse. That's worse than what an inactive does, in my opinion. But I do agree about there being enough votes. If there are many more put on, I'll change my vote to try and not end the round early. Ending rounds early only benefits wolves.

Less than 2HRS in and half the players have already posted/voted.
For now I am voting LR for placing a very early, unnecessary 4th vote on theaverage.
He says he doesn't want the round to end early, yet added to an early majority. Soer of doesn't make much sense.
Inactives hurt the human xause in the end and it is, ay least in my opinion, in the absence of a more viable option, best to get them oyt early in the game.

The Cab eating is a pretty major deal to me (I realize people dispute the need to even analyze Rd 1 eatings...shutup Harry )
To me its one of a couple options:
1) Someone trying to be nice and not eat someone on the active roster so went for someone who wouldnt be 'upset' (Deb for instance)
2) Someone who hates inactives a little too much, to where it would overide normal considerations (HABS for instance)
3) KZ who took Harry's advice to her to eat inactives (though I didnt even check who she voted to eat last game since I didnt really matter to me haha)
im sure there's other options, with a Round 1 human shot the Cab eating means little, but with a Wolf shot it is a very odd choice....

From a wolf's perspective who hates inactives, theaverage (hence forth known as "Joe") would have been the most logical eat since a) they're inactive, and b) they would still be seer eligible due to voting. Though I sincerely think someone needs to point out to Joe that there is a discussion he only has 2 games exp.

Sorry for being inactive. Was that last round quick? Not sure how I missed it. I find it funny that my inactivity was miss given all the focus on average...
I have stuff to catch up on, apparently. For now, a random SPV for LogicalRoger.
I will now resume lurking silently.

Noting that KZ placed a 2nd vote on me after Spidey pointed out my hatred of inactives.
I won't dispute it at all, it is too well documented to even bother to try.
However, as I have pointed out, inactives are very helpful to the wolves in the later rounds. While I may gun for one in the day round, I am more likely to let them get shot than waste an eating on one.
I want to find the seer, and an inactive seer is little to no threat.
IEven though Radio has jumped on board my LR vote, I am sticking with it for now.
May switch to "joe" if he continues to be inactive for most of the round.
Maybe the dog only brings the ball back because he thinks you like throwing it.

Thanks for that. I'm curious how I came to be called a "legend" now...
Edit: Found it. Only cab actually got that honor, while I was named a "legacy bringer". Works for me. I'd think I'd be more memorable for Who's the Boss if anything... Maybe I should try that again someday.

I'm a bit torn. On the one hand, I agree with the assessment that a player who votes and doesn't post can be at the very least a big distraction. But on the other, placing too many votes on a player early on does make it difficult to switch direction should the need arise.
Sticking where I am for now, but will be thinking about it some more.
It's a disease, not a punch line

I need to vote but don't really want to add yet another vote on Average because he is already in a large majority. Although, the vote without the post does not sit well with me either but there may not have been time for a post, just the vote if time got away from Average.
I'm going with a gut feeling I have and voting for kzmonopoly. His comment in response to the comment Habs left telling him that Pal's ID was posted at the end of the last round, seems odd to me.

I think the Cab eating points to an inexperienced wolf, perhaps one who doesn't understand the way the Seer role works.
I don't know if night timed out or not, if we had no voters at all Cab may have been done in by the alphabet, or she was eaten to make it look so.
In reality Cab would have been as likely as anyone else on the nighttime menu to be cast as the Seer, but there is no margin in eating someone who wouldn't have had a divination obviously
Overall I think the current majority is a sensible one

I also find it strange that he so readily changed his vote for me when I pointed out that I though his jumping on a vote for me after one comment from Dan was worth noting.
I was in no danger even with his vote yet rather than explain his reason(s) for placing it, he just moved it.

I dont find it very odd considering her experience level. A lot of players here have, at least in the past (the imo perplexing) habbit of waiting for the mod to confirm there is a seer before SPVing (why not just SPV ).....yes sorry it is a little pet peeve of min.
Anyway gonna mull things over, Average is a fine shot all things considered but there may be other options......with one wolf down though our situation is less dire so a shot on Average could be my move

I've decided to join the vote on theaverage. It's best to clear him out if he's not participating AND since we've already got one wolf, we're ahead of the pack.

EDIT: deb - absolutely a girl! I'm a wife and a mom. But if Stewie wants to make me a guy for the story, I'm okay with that.
