Ok, so I've had a good look at the clue. Here's my explanation: Spelled backwards, it makes 'brasss'. If you take an 's' off, it spells 'brass'. LouiseF has 'music' as an interest. Now, I realize that music does not equal brass, but I guess the clue is meant to be cryptic. Back to the extra 's'... If you start at the top of the player list and 'count' A B C through all the remaining players (go back to the top after wawa wawa), 'S' is on LouiseF. So, both 'brass' and the extra 's' appear to point to LouiseF, which is enough for me to conclude that she is the boss. Voting LouiseF, unless someone else has a better explanation of the clue...

The clues are indeed very cryptic. I see your reasoning however I think it's a little far fetched! I will look into the clues and see what I can come up with

I really can't think of anything for this hint. Probably in a cipher of some sort, but I don't have much time to go through and work it out at the moment.
