Think I am going to have to vote for Skybet to start this round, although I could change to Bradon or Deb to get a majority.
Safety for Scrub to start, will see how the round develops by the time I get home from work

I'm going to go for freak on account of bradon and deb voting that way and neither were fired. Still trying to get a hang of the rules, but they should have been firing candidates, no?

If Shady locked in her vote, she voted for LR, so at least he isn't the Boss. Since Har didn't state an actual vote, we have nothing to learn from him. Guess I'll go with the Freak majority again.
Edit, my vote is locked in.

Funny how the Boss comment was about "mandatory" voting - especially when that was discussed in the first round.
Also, the Boss answer does sound like something an older person would say because it did sound as if it were an "experienced" piece of advice about not worrying and that everything will happen when it is meant to.
We really didn't learn much from the firings. I do feel that Shady pretty much cleared LR. It's too bad that Har didn't team play and say who he voted for as it did nothing to help us at all...
For now, I'm not going to vote but am willing to join a majority to clear someone. I'll be back later this afternoon to see where to place my vote.
SMILE and people will wonder what you are up to!

Yes everyone vote for me!! I don't mind being cleared at all!! I'm voting deb.
Edit: Confirmed

Shoot me I'm probably a wolf. Especially if caberet is the Mod.

Hmm. My initial thought on reading the memo was that boss was trying to frame me, but now I see that Shadows has helped clear me, more or less. Although I wanted to vote for Freak last round, this round I'm looking at other options, so, even if I'm not cleared, I'll stay out of it for now.
Just looked back at the posts from last round and noticed that no one but me said too much on mandatories. Boss might of course be prompted not to connect the memo with themselves but I was looking in case of a slip up. Lots of people did talk about the writing style, which has now changed to something more normal. Froggy brought it up first, but if boss talked about the style, I think it's unlikely they'd be the first to comment. I was next and then came Jayo - hating it - and Skybet.
I think I'll go with Jayo for now as if it were me, I'd probably make it sound annoying and then criticize it, too. But that might just be me.
Oh, and no surprise here: Har was a big help. [Sorry. Tried to hold back, I did.]
Edit: Oh and I really like the psych question, Habs. Make it 11 years and I'd really be able to change things. Boss played it safe, as one should, but, yeah, I would have so many things to tell my younger self he'd probably think I was just some annoying old guy. Speaking of one's history, I was trying to play some tapes from my youth but all, like, four of the cassette players are pretty much toast. First VHS tapes and now cassettes. Why does everything have to break?

LR - what's a "cassette"? LOL
Just kidding, I had 100s.
And at least you mentioned VHS and not BetaMax. I sold about 100 VHS tapes at a garage sale last summer. Took a while to do as many people loved the movies but said they have nothing to play them on. You can still buy VCRs new, but they cost more than a DVD player.
I honestly didn't think you were old enough to have either of those things. Figured you were of the CD generation. About a year or two ago, I was looking for any stereo system that had a cassette deck in it, the kid at Wal-Mart didn't have a clue what I wanted. He had to get one of the "old" employees to help me.

So, LR - exactly how was Har a big help?
I'm tossing out a vote for Bobbi because something about the answer sounds like her.
SMILE and people will wonder what you are up to!

I think we need a table *cough* Roger
Going to stick with freak I think.

That was just an undignified jab on my part. Not telling who one votes for probably will never be a great help in these games.I honestly didn't think you were old enough to have either of those things. Figured you were of the CD generation. I probably was the CD gen. but I'm probably more of the Youtube generation more than anything. I don't have much physical music that I didn't inherit from my parents so all the hand-me-downs are a good mix of the 90s, 00s, and even the 80s. Not knowing what cassettes are, that just makes me laugh. I do hope he knew what a record was.I was expecting someone else to pick up the charts as that's how it's always worked, but I'll do it again at no extra charge.
bradon182001 - Freak
debc1 - Scrubs
freakshow07 - Deb
froggygg - Bobbi
Jayo - Scrub
LogicalRoger - Jayo
scrub88 - Skybet
Skybet -Freak

Why didn't the Libertarian cross the road?
YouTube crosses generations. As does most technology. My mother is a total tech geek and she is in her mid 60s. My family had an IBM PC in 1980.
I don't know if he was aware of what a record is, given he didn't know what a walkman or cassette deck is, I doubt it.
Though I have seen several music stores have started selling vinyl again (new artists). Which is cool.
We used to have a store here called Sam The Record Man - and for the last 10 years of their existence you couldn't buy a record there. There was a place in TO called "The Vinyl Museum" they billed themselves as "The only record store around that actually still sells records"

I just went to a book store that still sells records - and dirt cheap, too, at 99¢ a pop. I don't think I have a working turntable or I definitely would have taken home a few.
