Take all sorrow out of life and you take away all richness, and depth, and tenderness. The capacity of sorrow belongs to our grandeur. It is the furnace that melts hearts together in love.

I guess I am clearly cleared.
Habs... my comments about the minority vote was in fun. With the number of people voting for me, they either won for finding the boss, or were all going to be on the firing list and there would be no way I would be on the firing list as long as my vote was confirmed. I have played this game enough to know those tidbit things.
My biggest point was to suggest that Jayo back out of that vote... his vote in that round was not needed for an employee win. I don't think the evidence that it was me was very compelling... HP says 99% sure it was me - with no indications what profile he was going by.
Now for this round, it sounds like the boss lives around a snow belt... only because of the very last comment about getting a boost one needs at times. But it could be a play on words, as I have been up in the mountains in the snow and have enjoyed the beauty of it... then thankful to be able to return to a point below the snow level.
No vote yet... I need to stay out of any majority vote for now.
When you Love someone, Love them with all your heart as you never know what can happen today!

Well, I live around the snow belt, and trust me the only thing the Great Lakes mean to me are lake effect snow storms, which when you live through enough of them are anything but amazing. They can be down right terrifying. Final Fantasy indeed!! This memo has definitely been written by someone much younger than me and still inspired by Mother Nature.
CCCgirl, could that memo possibly have been written by you? I just don't see HP being that verbal, his comments would be much more precise I think. Going to place a vote on CCCgirl, at least for now.
Edit: vote confirmed

Safety for Bobbi again.
Looking at past rounds votes I can glean this. Just want to summarize since Im not sure if im on the right page or not having had exams the first two rounds and a sudden project demo the last one. Finals week is a pain.
In Round 1 the boss chose to fire the mandatory only, leaving us with nothing.
In Round 2, the round cleared Jayo but there was a possibility of a split majority or clear majority which is unknown.
In Round 3, the round cleared RGW, with an overwhelming majority. Since the past round cleared Jayo, it was against strategy for him to go into the majority right considering the majority was overwhelming?
1st round memo was in Morse code. And the mistletoe gave us nothing cause it was a song of Colbie Caillat which pretty much could be two things, that the boss didnt want to give anything away or the lyrics of the song summarizes what he/she feels about mistletoe.
2nd round memo was truly random. While the french in the memo really doesnt tell much. As far as I remember, having had to use Google translate quite a bit due to language barriers many a time, Google translate finds it very hard to detect something that Google translate itself didnt write. So in my opinion the boss just did a Google translate on what he/she wanted to write and it doesnt tell us anything about the French knowledge of the person.
Last rounds prompt answer gave me an older lady feeling cause it was super deja vu of home. Cant really call it a vibe cause it literally reminded me of my mother. Its actually been a while since I heard that phrase though. Nostalgic feeling. The memo gave nothing though.
This round the boss just went about a rant of his/her workplace and a description of the Great Lakes. Not sure what to make of it persay. The snow belt refers to areas around the Great Lakes but I cant really understand what point the Boss is trying to drive home.
Kindly tell me if Ive made a mistake or is there anything important that I missed out from the past rounds.
Also is it against the rules to do such a summary and analysis? Ill delete the post in that case. This just helps me think when I lose track.

I'm locking my vote in for his greatness while I consider some options here.
The boss does seem to use a lot of stereotypical phrases like things a natural speaker wouldn't generally use. That's the only reason why I suspect kv at all right now. There's also a lot of inconsistency in the grammar and punctuation usage.
Also I agree with bobbi that I definitely am one to be more direct when it comes to WTB/WWG in general

I think this is fantastic - thanks!
Also, Bobbi, I live in the Chicago area, and am from Louisiana. I HATE it. Anyone who knows me IRL knows that. I'm always cold. I'm sitting here now in a Snuggie next to a space heater. There isn't a doggone thing about winter or this area that inspires me to do anything other than plan to move somewhere warmer. Last winter I could barely leave my freaking house for a month due to "polar vortex". Last week I had the mutated flu (I had gotten the useless flu shot) and couldn't get out of bed for days. I get sick EVERY. FREAKING. YEAR. HERE. So no, I have no warm feelings towards Chicago, the Great Lakes, the midwest, etc. Winter can suck it.
Ok, rant over.
That said, I think I'm going to keep my HP vote. I'm not sure it's him, but I really think we need to clear him.

Umm natural speaker? Could you define that? Im assuming you mean English and not French cause Im not literate in that language.
I speak English as a first language despite being Indian. Ive had language barriers for other languages like French Dutch and many other Indian languages other than Hindi and Tamil but I speak English all the time. Quite hurt that one would make the classification that Im not a natural speaker of English if thats what you meant. Ive studied English in school like everyone else for 14 years of my life and in our school we communicated in English, and among friends too.
I dont mind you suspecting me cause thats the game but the insinuation that I dont know English maybe or may not be cause of the fact that Im Indian(Cant really think of anything else) is kinda harsh dont you think? I never said I was bad at English or I didnt speak English a lot.
I would have understood if I had said some gibberish or mentioned that my English was poor to make such a statement. Anyways I dont hold it against you. Just wanted to make that clarification just in case you were meaning what I think you meant cause it touched a nerve. If you didnt mean it in that way Im sorry. Mistake on my part.

The insinuation was that you're the only one in this game who is not completely immersed in a culture that (almost) exclusively speaks and writes in English. I understand English is pretty prominent in India, but I think it's fair to say that you might be more prone to slipping up when it comes to writing in English compared to others.

Well because the round will end in my early morning and I have no reason to set my alarm to get up early tomorrow... I have to make a safety vote to make sure I am not a mandatory... so please, unless you just believe my pick is the boss... which I have not seen a jump on... I am voting for Gizzer, please do not join me. Thank you very much.
Edit - yep - confirmed
Second Edit... what does Final Fantasy have to do with Snow Belt? I googled it, but Final Fantasy looks like a video game.

That is my point. You don't know what culture I was immersed in, where I've been in life or anything. You're just basing the assumption completely on the fact that I'm from India. Its quite the stereotype and a really far fetched assumption, I must say. There are Indians with bad English but I doubt every American has top class grammar with the best punctuation. Its people who learn a language and the nuances of it. I'm not claiming I'm good at the language. I'm just appalled that judgement was made on the fact that I was Indian. Anyway its fine, I shall leave it be.

I was basing it on your demonstrated English skills... I can see from your posts just this round that you don't use punctuation consistently, and you use certain phrases (like many other Indian users I've met on this site like buu or ankit) that North American or European speakers in predominantly English cultures don't generally use. I'm sorry if you were offended by that, but it is based purely on my observation of you, and my past experience with other Indian users I've met.

Not really offended. Was just surprised someone would stereotype the English of a country that is all. Yea I am not the best in English writing so I can't really say anything much. My punctuation and grammar is pathetic but that really just reflects on my poor written skill personally. And its in the case with every language I know so its got nothing to do with the culture. If you'd have just given that reason initially, things would have been so much more clearer. Not saying that your observation was wrong, but it would have been nicer if you had some reasons, that is all really.

I'm definitely not one to waste time with niceties, but I'll keep in mind to be more sensitive to that
I may as well join the majority since the boss may want to keep me around as a suspect. May as well use it to my advantage
I'll vote ccc but I think kv deserves a closer look if I'm fired

Hey guys, I'm not the boss, but I welcome the clear.
If you're voting for me and you haven't provided your insights (HP, I saw your POV above), please do so in case you're fired, as to have some direction for next round.

Good morning, all.
I'm heading out for the day, so I'll miss the end of the round. I hope deb shows up in time.
Here's my 2 cents worth, in case I am fired:
I found the exchange between Harry and kv this round to be unpleasant. However, I think it shows that neither of them is the Boss - they are way too vocal at this stage. Harry could be the Rat, though. I think the Boss is one of the quiet players: bobbi, deb or froggy.

I'm almost positive Deb isn't the Boss, the memos just aren't anything she would say or do. I know, the boss doesn't have to be honest in the memo, only the Psych responses, but I just can't see her going to all the time and effort to look up Morse Code, or translate into French.
I'm not the boss, I'm retired several years now, and never worked for a "chain", and sure wouldn't even know how to begin to do a message in Morse Code. Froggy, could be, though. I believe she is still working, (not sure where, but it could be a chain) and she or Sarge probably know all about Morse Code. My thinking regarding cccgirl is the fact that Chicago is on Lake Michigan, and someone who originally came from the South may hate the cold but still find Winter Wonderland amazing.
As I said before, I just don't think HP would be as chatty as our Boss seems to be, nor would kv, but I think one of them is the Rat. Gizzer is another possible suspect only because I don't know all that much about her, but having played in several games in the past with her, her comments so far just don't make me suspect her.
So, that's what I'm thinking.

We didn't have an unpleasant exchange, just a misunderstanding
But this round of firings should be interesting.
