Thanks Hydra. Sorry for the delay.
But ghost was a human. Maybe you will find an Indian this time? Maybe...
Good luck.
Stewie.
PS: Sorry to see Spider go first round.

So spider was eaten. Very strange.

Would not have expected Spider to be eaten. But as I have said many times in the past, it is pointless to try to figure out motivation of the wolves this early in the game and with all wolves still in. Even though there are several players automatically slipped down the suspect list because I know they would never eat spider in the first round if the other wolves chose to do so it would not matter.
voting Hydra because of his Har-like triple post.

Hydra, just try and fun. You will catch on to nuances and history as the games permit. I remember my first games. And Deb will tell you some of my experiences such as trying too hard to convince others she was a wolf when she was. No one listened to me because I acted wolfish - even though I was correct in my analysis. This game requires analysis and finesse to last until the end.
This is what cccgirl was talking about last game. To her, to be in the end of the game as a human is quite stressful. I find being a wolf at the end of a game to be more stressful. All in all, many of us have played each other many times. This is just fun to fool each other.
And HABS only plays to win.
And I guess Stewie won't join us until morning - which means I won't vote until morning (my time).

Pretty much. For some reason, it is easier on me to be a wolf in must lynch than a human. It kinda feels like selling snake oil. If you sell it, great, but if you don't, ah well, it was snake oil for crying out loud. Being a human feels more like trying to get my money back after being sold snake oil.
My friends think it's funny because we play werewolf IRL sometimes, and I'm really good at it, but outside of werewolf, I'm a terrible liar. They think it's funny I can only affect a poker face for werewolf. I'm not even that good at poker.
And BTW, Bobbi - cute dog!

We've got our ID now - ghost was human.
I don't think round one's voting will tell us anything - it was a MoO until Spider cast his vote.
Hydra, I think you need to update your list - it's got some dead players on it.
So what is TMRPY?

Maybe HABS is surprised to see Spider eaten first. Or maybe she ate him :O. I'm voting HABS for now.

The statement about all three wolves still being in the game was not pertaining to this game specifically. It was a generalization that you cannot make any assumptions about the rules motives unless we are down a couple wolves. As there are three of them, each with 3 votes which has been proven are weighted it is pointless. if only one rule voted him as their first choice he could be eaten through the weighted voting system.
Zig - Seriously? You are voting for me before my comment about spider being eaten? Bit of a L - A - M - E reason, but hey at least it is a reason.
There are certain players I tried to leave in the game as long as possible, Dan (spider) is one of them.
If you go back to the last game, you will see I didn't vote for him until the round before he was eaten, and even then he was my third choice.I didn't even vote for him at all the round he was.
I am not concerned that you voted for me, just saying, you need a better reason than one random comment.
Whovian - TMRPY is based on a comment HP made to Hydra last game. It stands for The Most Random Player Y (actually din't know what the Y stands for). I had never heard it until last game
what I don't get about it, is how I am in contention for this prestigious award when I had made 2 comments up to the point he suggested it. One comment mentioning the spider eating, and the other answering his questions. not sure where the randomness comes in there.
Scrub, of course I play to win doesn't everybody?
and it is not as if I put winning above all else I still play fair, I still trying to be kind and polite to people and do not attack them but yes winning is the point of playing.Yes, it is fun too, but who sets out to play any game or sport with a "Gee, I hope I lose" mindset?
To quote "JOSHUA"
Q: what is the primary goal?
A: To win the game
And given the fact that you, like me, are old please don't tell me you don't know the movie it is from.
Want to feel really old? Did you know that it was 30 years ago this past Sunday that "The Breakfast Club" met for Saturday detention?

My thing about being human in a must lynch is the amount of pressure to get a wolf. It isn't as bad when there are a lot of humas left and everyone together has to make the decision. What I don't like nearly as much is being in the situation Evi was in last game where she knew either Deb or I was the final wolf, and with each of And with each of us voting for the other, the outcome of the game hinged on her vote. I get so stressed in that position when I am human. As a wolf I find it lots of fun.

Bit dramatic, everybody else votes randomly but because I give a slight reason its lame? I was just grasping at anything to have a reason to vote. I also said I would vote for you "for now". Not set in stone.

You are right people do vote randomly, and sometimes people make comments to see what sort of reaction they get. I do think it is a bit of a stretch for a reason for a vote, especially for one that has placed a player in a majority, but as I said, with 10 hrs left I am not concerned at all.

Sometimes, depending on my role, I play to protect the seer. If I can be enough of a pest - or get something right. The wolves might suspect me. I suppose that is still playing to win, just in different way.
I will SPV whovi, who has no votes.
And may Dan enjoy his time in California.

I am thinking habs is human this game
I remember that game scrubs, that was fun and we were in a talkbox together and I got to know you
and scrubs has wonderful analysis, which he doesn't share that often
I felt bad for evi, being in that position really is stressful
and habs does play to win and so does harry
I am not sure what that movie with Joshua is(being that you are way older than me ) maybe you could refresh our memory, was it a computer?

You yourself don't have to make it to the end to help the wolves win. I have sacrificed myself for the good of the team on more than one occasion.
I just find it amusing when someone says they are "here to win". OF COURSE you are. No one wants to lose. And while it may be true "it doesn't matter if you win or lose", let's face it, we all prefer to win.
No a lot of activity happening right now so will be back in a bit.
Hydra, everyone on your list is in the fridge! Well, except Scrub who is not at all suspicious as of yet.

Thanks. It is my 2 year old fur baby Katie Rose.
Anyhow, I'm wondering about the mini-majority on HABS but with 7 1/2 hours left in round, I'm sure that will change. I note that Radio's vote was a SPV while Ziggy's was more based on suspicion. Both valid reasons, but still worthy of note I think.
I'm going to keep my SPV for now and will wait to see what happens. I'm particularly watching a couple of players who are being unusually quiet so far, meaning they usually have something to add by this point in the round. RL could be at play, but we shall see. I'll be back.

Lots of reading to catch up this round. Still not a lot to go on, but it seems we have a few defensive people already. That said, I think most would be defensive if they were in a majority this early in the game. I think that is just common nature for anyone who plays games such as this. I also feel that one would not really play a game with the hopes of not winning.
So far, no one is really standing out to me but I am a bit suspicious of Hydra but I am not familiar with him or his playing style. So, what is raising flags to me could just be his normal game play.
I am also surprised to see Spider eaten so early in the game as I have not seen that happen often in the games I've played with him. This leads me to think that at least one wolf is inexperienced at being a wolf.
There's still over 6 hours left in the round, so I'll check back before then. For now, my SPV vote is staying on Cab. Sure glad we did not shoot our Seer in the first round this time!
SMILE and people will wonder what you are up to!

Oh was TMRPY Spider? I thought it was HP.
I was not being defensive. I said I wasn't concer about it, I just like there to be a reason for the majority vote. With over 100 games played (I'm including the private TB games we used to run), I know better than to comment about the ratings if I am behind them.
It is also interesting to me that Hydra hinted at mildmild suspicion of Scrub for forming a majority, but has not responded to me pointing out to him scrub has yet to vote and it was Zig that actually did it.
If it is suspicious for Scrub to do it, would it not be equally troubling for another player to do the same? Why is Zig not on your back burner? An oversight? Or, could they be on the same team?
Not sure it means anything, just playing Devil's Advocate..
Maybe the dog only brings the ball back because he thinks you like throwing it.

I think the term 'majority' deserves more than two votes. You're very quick to jump on me for randomly voting for you

I am not jumping on you at all. I simply said it was a petty weak reason to vote for me and place me in a majority, I then said if Hydra was going to suspect Scrub for forming a majority then he should also suspect you for doing the same.
No jumping, no accusations. I have not even tried to convince anyone I am human and that they should not vote for me. If I were a wolf, I'd be fighting a lot harder to convince others I was human and trying to get you shot instead of me.

I know what majority means, I'm not stupid. The majority of people are voting for somebody else. I'd rather not be playing safe by randomly voting for some one who hasn't got any votes at all then we all end up getting nowhere by everyone having one vote each

I am not sure what that movie with Joshua is(being that you are way older than me ) maybe you could refresh our memory, was it a computer?

Technically, a majority is when a side /personhas more votes than the opposing sides.
Also, don't kill me for a inaccurate list.

Yes, you are correct, technically I don't have the majority of the votes, but I do have more votes than anyone else so it boils down to the same thing.

Absolutely, that has been discussed many times within this group that we need to stop with the MoO voting and that someone needs to "grow a pair" and vote out of this pattern. Makes sense, otherwise it is just the computer playing the game. My issue was never the vote, but the lack of thought out reason for the vote. Vote for me all you want if I've done something to appear wolfish, which I (and several others) don't believe I have.
Still a decent amount of time in the round left and still a couple players left to vote. I have to go pick the kids up from school around 1530 but should be home in plenty of time before the round ends.

Hydra - based on you having all 3 wolves pegged very early on last game, you are "The Wolf Whisperer". What are your thoughts on the wolves?

The dread triple post. (With Jeff gone someone has to do it)
We all know the technical and proper definition of the word "majority" and yes, we are not using it in that sense here, but, nyou don't need a majority of the total votes, just more votes than any other single player. Same way our country is constantly run by morons. 60% of the population did not vote for the guy in power, but with 40% of the votes, they had more than any other single party.
That is often the situation here 11 people are not voting for me, but I am the only one with 2 votes. Hardly seems fair that 15% of the votes are going to do me in, but it is what it is.

"Wolf Whisperer"...LOL, but true.
I just realized I still haven't voted. I honestly don't think HABs or Ziggy are wolves. I think it's natural human suspicion. But I'm not sure who is...yet.
Will go ahead and SPV until there are more leads.
EDIT: Since I don't believe in the mini majorities of the two above, I will go with Hydra's uncanny wolf-dar and start a 3rd mini on Catmandon.

Hydra, everyone on your list is in the fridge! Well, except Scrub who is not at all suspicious as of yet.
I thought I was on your "guilty until proven innocent" list!
last check in for me today. I went ahead and put my vote where I said I would, and now I am considering other options. I will decide quickly.

I will leave my vote. But I just noticed Snow is in the game. She is unusually quiet through the first two rounds.

Scrub, I'm usually more quite the first few rounds because I don't have anything helpful to post. Not suspicious of anyone yet, just laying low and reading the posts. . . getting a feel of who I think may be who in this game. This is nothing new for me. . . . you should know this. This is how I play WTB as well.
