The Meyer family, the Selman family, and the Vitti family are all huge fans of the TV show "The Simpsons". Appropriately enough, each family consists of a father named Homer, a mother named Marge, a son named Bart, and two daughters named Lisa and Maggie.
Last Friday, the Meyers and the Selmans visited the Vittis' house, where Homer Vitti broke out his DVD of the fifteenth season of "The Simpsons". "Each of us will pick an episode from this DVD," he said. "Then we will watch the five most popular picks."
Amazingly, each of the five Meyers picked a different episode, which were the same five episodes picked by the Selmans, which were the same five picked by the Vittis! So, of course, these five episodes were the one they watched.
Here are some facts:
1. No two people with the same first name picked the same episode.
2. Bart Meyer, Marge Selman, Maggie Selman, and Homer Vitti each picked a different episode. Neither the second episode watched nor the fourth episode watched was picked by Marge Selman or Maggie Selman. "The Way We Weren't", which generated more laughs than any of the other episodes, wasn't picked by Homer Vitti or Marge Selman.
3. The episode picked by Lisa Selman was watched earlier than those chosen by Bart Meyer and Maggie Meyer, but later than both "Simple Simpson" and the episode chosen by Lisa Vitti. Bart Selman did not pick "Simple Simpson". Maggie Meyer was not the Meyer who chose "Fraudcast News".
4. "I, D'oh-bot" was watched immediately before "The President Wore Pearls".
In which order were the five episodes watched?
