smee Jan 02, 2006	As for the extra syllable, I found three that weren't needed: There was an extra "el", an "o" and an "e." I know because I wrote them all down while doing this teaser and checked them off when I used them. BTW, I got them all right! Wooo hoooo!! Yay for me! Excellent teaser. Kinda easy, but that's my favorite kind!

Katelin Jan 02, 2006	I didn't even use the sylalist for numbers 4-10, but I had to on numbers 1 and 2; and I somehow managed to completely skip over number 3 Don't really know how that happened, but oh well. I thought it was great and fun, keep it up!

craniac Jan 02, 2007	This was fun and easy, but you had to be willing to take the time to list all the syllables on paper and tick them off as you used them. I got a few just in my head, then quit, because I'd already done the crossword puzzle and word jumble in the newspaper and was on my second cup of coffee. Anyway, enjoyed it.

FatHead Jan 02, 2007	For those that came after me, use a checklist. I though elephant was parsed, el-eph-ant? because the only time a syllable ends in a vowel is if that vowel is long. I'll have to check that. Good work!

(Yes, I switched pronouns--don't correct my grammar!!!) As for the teaser's author, I LOVED this sylalist!! As you can see by my ID, this was right up my alley! It took a few minutes, and I got them all--perfect! I was just away from the computer for 8 days, and am I glad to be back!! Happy new year to all.
