It Will Happen
Riddle
Riddles are little poems or phrases that pose a question that needs answering. Riddles frequently rhyme, but this is not a requirement.Riddle
I will happen to you.
I may come in the night.
I am feared among many.
Yet to some I may bring peace.
I am inevitable.
I haunt you.
I make others sad.
You can't always see me coming.
What am I?

I had it down to either death or dreams.
I agree with the first comment.
I got it quick. TY for the fun teaser!
REALLY EASY!!! imaginative, I guess though.....
Quite easy! It had to be death! Nice poem though! Made me a little sad to think about it...
I thought it was sleep or something...
Ah, I thought it was a dream.
Nice and easy riddle. I loved it!!
thank you!
woot easy =D
I beg to differ with the title. I've decided I will never die, so that's why I didn't get it.
Seriously though, it was good. Very cute.

Well, bookworm has made a decision. Why didn't anyone think to do that before?
I was going to say this was very easy. I had the answer after line 1, but I see others went in different directions, so there was enough ambiguity to make it interesting.
I'm interested in this free form riddle format. The rhythmic and rhyming riddles can sound so sing-song. With a good reading, this type can be quite dramatic. I tended to lean towards the rhymes, but now I see merit in this form as well.
