Good Game!
The boss was braingle01 so the clues were based around Braingle.
The first clue was:
YGNTX
Put into an atbash cipher, it comes out as BTMGC.
This stands for brain teasers, trivia, mentalrobics, games, and community. These are the tabs displayed at the top of Braingle.
The second clue was:
4 | 1,2,3,4 | 2,5
GEBWQ
EBSIQU
RTUVE
This clue builds off the first one, if you couldn't figure that first clue out.
The numbers are divided into three groups, and there are three rows. The numbers correspond to the the numbers in each row.
4 stands for the fourth number in the first row. W
1,2,3,4 stands for the first, second, third, and fourth numbers in the second row. EBSI
2,5 stands for the first and fifth numbers in the third row. TE
Put together this spells out WEBSITE.
The bosses name is a website.
How much water should the average adult drink per day?
Less then 1 Quart ( 1 Liter )
1 - 2 Quart (1 - 2 Liter )
0.5 - 1 Gallon ( 2 - 4 Liter )
1 - 2 Gallon ( 4 – 8 Liter )
More then 2 Gallon ( 8 Liter )

Well, there goes following instincts! 
hermygranger123- Rat? With braingle01 as boss?
Good game everyone! The diary-writing thing got a lil cumbersome at the end but still fun! I'll rate this high.
