When you curtail a word, you remove the last letter and still have a valid word. You will be given clues for the two words, longer word first.
Example: Begin -> Heavenly body
Answer: The words are Start and Star.

craniac Apr 25, 2010	Enjoyed it. Just what I needed to start the day -- the teaser and two cups of java. #4 and #5 made me think a bit, but the rest was pretty easy. I don't mind easy now and then at all. It still stretches my brain some.

mimi8743 May 01, 2010	To hubbamutt777 you are supposed to take off the letter at the end of the first word and then you get the second word, for example, tear, you take off the r and you have a beverage, tea. Hope that helps!
