Night did not timeout, there were still a few hours left.
Wolverine's last login was yesterday, so he is cleared; that's another confirmed human.
There was quite the discussion last round, I'm waiting until we find out about jervis before voting this round.

Froggygg is gone...
We knew it would happen evantually as she was cleared. Is it a coincidence that Marc has posted first in 3 of the 4 rounds or is he always the last wolf to vote? Seems somewhat suspicious to me...

Howdy folks. It is a shame that we lost froggy. She is always great to have in games. I'll also wait until Stewie sheds some light on the situation.
Dear God, That which I am about to do is really stupid. I hope I come out of this alive. Thanks God. Peace Out. (Stage Crew Prayer)

Waiting to see what jervis was... Probably a human, but who knows.
Oh no, Froggy is now gone and where is our seer? DL8, glad you could join us as I was about to suggest we vote out the in-actives. I too will wait until we hear whether jervis was a wolf. And since I did not get back in time last round to vote, you humans must have read my mind.

Jervis was a Indian. Good job.
I never saw that one coming. So, Jervis was a quiet wolf. Gives me reason to rethink, perhaps the other two wolves are also being quiet. I'll be back.

I am sorry about missing the vote, real life got in the way. I dont really know what to do now, I will wait for the discussion to help me decide.

DemonLord and Wolverine are human due to inactivity during night rounds that did not timeout.

Neither is correct. It isn't coincidence, it's a measure of how active I am on Braingle, and I'm not a wolf. Also, the rules clearly say:
Because of the "online now" list at the bottom of the website, the end of the night round will be delayed by several hours to prevent players from figuring out who the Werewolves are based on who is online when the round ends.

Glad to see jervis was a wolf, although it's not great to see wolves playing the inactivity card - whether intentionally or not. We can probably identify a few more humans based on who pushed for jervis early on - they did so without much initial suspicion so I think it fairly unlikely that a wolf hopped on the bandwagon early on.

I think these are Braingle times, not my timezone.
So the earliest he could vote was 1:16 AM Jan 20, and it would have shown his login as "today", not "yesterday".

I will be busy today and may not return by the end of the round so I will place an early vote for masoni since he seemed to be one of the main suspects last round.

Hey guys, glad to see jervis was a wolf Any ideas as to what to do this round?
Glad to see we got ourselves another wolf.
I have a small suspicion about tahomac that I can't quite put my finger on. I am not ready to place that vote just yet. I'll be back in a few hours to place my vote.

Was anyone trying to protect jervis last round? Any1 who didn't vote for jervis is a suspect.
The thing about masoni; his not wanting have an important say in the vote, which was the event that initially lead to the suspicion on him, was totally understandable in my eyes. Even as a human you sometimes have to watch what you do to not attract suspicion. Plus, he voted for jervis, a known wolf, in round 2 - another wolf was on the chopping block so you could say he could be a wolf placing a meaningless vote to throw us off the scent, but that would assume he knew jervis was going to go down too. I'm not sure how likely that is. He also voted for jervis again last round, but didn't explicitly state it in the round so I'm not sure if that came when it was already over for jervis or not. I'm not sure about masoni, he does seem a little suspicious, but then he often does, and his voting records would suggest to me that he's more likely to be human.
With only two wolves left to find we're in a pretty good position, but don't seem to have any strong leads at the moment. I wonder if the Seer has any positive IDs to guide us with.
EDIT: superleaf1 wrote:
I disagree with that, but only insomuch as you can't rule out those that did vote for him, either! I don't think anyone was actively defending him, though.

Poor Froggy, but I'm not surprised to see her go. Last round she made some remarks that may have led Smithy to get nervouse if he were a wolf. He already knows I suspect him, but if I get eaten he is pretty sure to show his hand , or should I say paw. So it only adds to my suspicions that Smithy is a wolf. I guess I'll vote now. By the way I think Tahomac may be our other wolf based on a gut feeling and the elimination of several others in my own mind.

It's pretty obvious that froggy got eaten not because of her suspicions because she was cleared, she herself alluded to that. You're trying to rouse an attack against me far more than I was for Mr Jones, and are refusing to acknowledge my defences; I don't know why you seem so sure of yourself with so little to go on. Only a wolf is sure of who's who.

For a human, there's no surer way to get yourself eaten than a comment like this; if the suspect isn't a wolf it offers the perfect framing opportunity, and if the suspect is a wolf it offers the perfect opportunity to take them out whilst making it look like an obvious frame. (A frame of a frame, if you will.) Either way, it screams out "eat me" to such a degree that I'm tempted to suggest you might be a wolf, or else you wouldn't needlessly challenge the wolves in this way.
EDIT: Also, tahomac voiced suspicions of me last round, so he and I would make for an illogical pairing.

For superleaf's list, DemonLord and Wolverine should be in the human list because of inactivity during night rounds.
That leaves these unsure:
auntiesis
changhill
ppjones
Smithy
tahomac
talanpoe
Of these, I see tahomac as most suspicious because of his post above. He was very quick to vote for masoni who we now consider to be a likely human.
There are two kinds of people. Do you spread happiness WHEREver you go or WHENever you go?

Superleaf, how did you come up with that list? I don't agree with all the names you have as cleared humans.

The downside with the "unsure" list is that most of them have been pretty quiet. It the wolf happens to be one of the inactive players it's just pot luck guessing which one it is.
I'm also trying to analyse what the Seer could be up to... I assume they're divining the people that are the biggest suspects.

masoni, wolverine and cinnamon all voted jervis twice in the prior rounds and masoni pulled 3 votes himself in the last round, right behind jervis. And Auntiesis has voted Smithy in the last two rounds, and I see she has voted for him again.
tahomac, talanpoe, myself and DL8 did not vote last round. Me,?, I didn't get back on line in time to vote, but I did admit I had been watching jervis. On your list SuperLeaf, where do you place masoni? I am just expressing some different thoughts as I am nervous as I have a doctor appointment in a bit and am hoping I do not go to the hospital.
Just in case they do I am now placing a vote for tahomac as he has been around today, but has not posted as of this time. Hopefully I will be back before the round ends so I can adjust my vote if need be.
The sound of the wild, but if there is no one there, does anyone hear their howls?

Smithy, and anyone else who was wondering, this is when I voted f jervis. I said "Most of the games I've played in, I've played with jervis. I've noticed he is usually a lot more active than he has been this game. And he has logged on a fair bit during the game, but hasn't posted. Hmmm..." This was at 6:27 pm I believe and if I'm not mistaken, I think I was the first one to vote for jervis last round. However, I could have been the second. Does anyone know for sure?
EDIT: I'm not sure who to vote yet, but I wait for a while before deciding. However, I am going out around 7, so I may not make it. Hopefully I can make it back in time to see any progress in the game and vote.
Also, I'm quite confused about tahomac's vote for me. He has not stated why, which is what troubles me... Maybe he has unsound reasoning, or is trying to think of a way to frame me before he posts?

I somewhat agree with Smithy. I do not want the vote to be a tie, and have a chance of being shot. I'm going to vote for tahomac because I don't want to die, and because of his unexplained vote for me. I'll be back in a while, to check up on the game and possibly change my vote
Well I am back and not in the hospital - walking pneumonia, hope it just keeps going walking right on out of here. I don't want it. And since I am back, I think I am going to just leave my vote right where it is in hopes we can get one more wolf. I do have a couple more players in my sights however that I am watching just in case. And it would be nice now to maybe see a nudge or two from our seer. Don't turn yourself out though because if we have shot two wolves, we are ahead at this point. Here is hoping we can stay that way.

I don't know who voted for jervis first last round, but I can tell you that I was second because I put him in a 2 way tie. I am also voting tahomac this round. I don't know what it is exactly, but my gut tells me to vote for him.

Looks like tahomac has a strong majority towards him this round. Let's hop it's 3 for 3!
To help shield the Seer, I'll join the vote for Tahomac. I don't have any feelings one way or the other, but do trust Vlerma and Cinn's instincts, at least for this round. Let's hope we are right.
