LIBERTY VS TYRANNY
..........The wolves are 3 dictators seeking power over THE PEOPLE.....they are very clever with slowly adding more rules and regulations to limit your freedoms...They take from the rich to give to the poor....to keep the poor, poor and dependent on THEM....It is up to the INDIVIDUALS to stand up and say ENOUGH...we just want FREEDOM...and less GOVT...the govt stifles our growth...ruins job creation and thrives on keeping free men DOWN!!! Let man Be free to do what he can do......the Humans are trying to create a GOVT for, and by the PEOPLE!!! AND the INDIVIDUAL!!!! A concept long forgotten.....It is up to the HUMANS to SAVE IT!!!!!!!!

However, Harry I could at the same time reward the Humans when they successfully help the fight against Big Govt tyrannists!!! 
will take rule suggestions in pre game HOWEVER...Keep in mind although this is not Anarchy...The humans are fighting for govt of , by, and FOR the people!!!! So once it starts I will NOT over legislate it!!!!
the rules will be laid out at the beginning of round 1 ( save me and RFM)
I will tell you this though...as to keep it real...the wolves will be allowed a talk box for we all now these evil tyranists communicate and devise clever plans to fool the people.

I like Putter's idea, every time a human is shot the wolves can suggest a rule, sounds interesting and actually works perfectly with the theme.

The rules should be cumulative as well. One rule does not replace another but is added to it. So by the end of game we could have no rights at all.

Yeah, but this is just going back to the regular rules of the game.Are we not going to get very restrictive and impose even stricter regulations on the game? Not sure what... but restricting what we can and can't say, or what times we are allowed to post or other such restrictions.

I think rules that prevent people from game posting are dangerous to game activity The wolves should avoid those. But rules like preventing what types of things you can post or how you post could be established. The rules dont necessarily need to give the wolves an edge, they can just be oppressive for no reason

I would like to see some pretty outrageous rules limiting communication etc, we might have to resort to interesting tactics. I think it would make the game very different! Pretty much the opposite of anarchy...
Will the rules last the rest of the game or just 1 round? Also do the wolves only get to create a rule when a human is shot?

Possibly requirements such as a post must start with a specific phrase or something.
You know kinda like that stupid roberts rules of order crap that is imposed at meetings.
Motions to speak, motions to vote (That stuff PMO and I refuse to be part of a group that conductes business that way....Justa tidbit about me)
Speaking without a motion or such results in penelities....The post could even be deleted to restrict freedom of speech if not adressed properly ( or perhaps just a portion of the post that does not specifically pertain to game deduction and problem solving)

Here is where I am at....
The wolves will be labeled wolf A B and C...
they will each be required to impose a law on the humans (via pm ) individually...During night...
the wolves Will have a box to not waste our time....
at the beginning of 2 the three proposed wolf laws will be voted on by the humans....The one chosen ...enacted..
the wolf whose law that was enacted at the end of 2 is so.... until that wolf is shot....
the A B and C will remain consistent...
and memo to PUTZ GOOD GRIEF man dont hit your baby Brother!!!!!!
No oppression here,,,,Just a lesson........
this way the humans will have a glimpse of the wolves
the wolves may gain more power if they are careful...
and Putz is Toast regardless...
