The Stage is set for the Puppeteers revenge!
Foiled last time out, this time the Wolves are determined to make the Humans dance to their furry tune
The Wolves are Master Puppeteers and during each night round they can exercise their abilities to take control of the actions of a human for the following round.
The Puppeteers will have a Talk Box to arrange the strings and strategize etc.
Each Wolf chooses both a Puppet and a Target for the following round...They may select any player including a Wolf and direct them to vote for again any player including a wolf.
The Puppetry List will be published in the RFM at the beginning of each round.
All selected Puppets must adhere to their strings and may under no circumstance change their vote, even if they are in danger.
It is up to the Humans to decipher when/if Wolves are including themselves in the Puppetry.
It is up of course to the Wolves to maximize this advantage through communication with each other in the TB and choosing or not choosing themselves as Puppets/Targets is going to be crucial.
The Seer functions as normal with one possible exception:
The last time out the Puppeteers faced no resistance to their Strings, but this time there is a Specialist, a Saboteur who each night can send me a PM naming someone who is immune for the next rounds Puppetry.
They may choose themselves if they wish, but a different target must be protected each night.
If their target for immunity is chosen to be a Puppet by the wolves, this will trigger 2 effects.
1 - The String is broken and the Puppetry fails (But will still be broadcast and shown to be not in effect)
2 - The Seer will receive either a Wolf clue (difficult) if the round number is odd or a random free clear if the round is even. note: I won't know who the Seer is divining, so if they receive a wolf clue to an already divined wolf, or a Free Clear turns out to be a Human they have already divined, well that's just too bad
The role of Saboteur is going to be decided by Random.org list generator, all non-wolf characters will be on the list so it is possible that the Seer will have a dual role.
One addition taken upon advice from the last game:
Failure to declare a Puppet and a Target will result in random.org filling in the blanks. This will be a completely open draw for both the Puppet and the Target with no exceptions. I will not be declaring whether or not this occurred - this is just to ensure the maximum number of Strings for each round to protect the game play.
Any queries whatsoever please either PM or address in-game and I will get to them asap.
Rules:
1 - I cannot enforce this completely but please do not use log in times. IF you insist on checking when people are online, there;s nothing I can do but there is to be absolutely no mention of log in times at all in this game.
2 -Puppets must adhere to their Strings even if it puts them in the firing line - get persuasive!!
3 - Please be respectful to each other and have fun

The RFM is a bit messy but basically:
Each night in the TB, each Wolf chooses a Puppet and a Target for the next round.
There is a Saboteur that can protect someone from being a Puppet each night.
Should the Protected person be selected by a wolf, the string is broken and the Seer gets either a free clear or a wolf clue
No use of log in times
Puppets must obey the strings

Oh also didn't we have an inactive wolf in hydra? Let's say there are 3 wolves, 1 is inactive, will there still be 3 puppets?
There will be 3 puppets still, I will select the Puppet and Target using random.org with all players eligible for selection, asides from the selections made by the active wolves.
If this does happen, I won't be broadcasting it

Just a quick question about the wolves selecting a Puppet and a Target (and sorry if you already answered it and I missed it): Must the wolves select a target for their puppets? Could they select a Puppet and mandate that that person not vote at all?
Mod: Good question Finty, the wolves must choose a Target, potentially they could have a massive advantage if they selected 3 humans to not vote and have a much shorter night menu to hunt for the Seer

Hey Mod, but wouldn't that disadvantage the seer? A seer who doesn't vote can't use his powers...
Mod: Yes, a big disadvantage to the Humans, so the wolves are not permitted to do this per the bolded part above

Thanks for the clarification! That's exactly the scenario I was thinking of, and it seemed kinda OP. Although, if limited somehow (maybe only one human, once per game), that could add a bit of interesting strategy.
