Putting out a vote for AngloSaxon this round. He's been pretty quiet. Vote may change if something comes up that catches my attention.

Take all sorrow out of life and you take away all richness, and depth, and tenderness. The capacity of sorrow belongs to our grandeur. It is the furnace that melts hearts together in love. In loving memory of my dear friend Guy - take care Goobs . .

I'm seriously thinking slammn is a wolf. Her posts just seem so wolfish, plus she is acting differently than as a human. Last rounds posts didnt seem real at ALL. Voting slamm, would rather have a majority here than any other player.

Edit: Yay, immunity.

Happy ever after in the marketplace, Desmond lets the children lend a hand. Molly stays at home and does her pretty face, and in the evening she's the singer with the band!

Been working on the cryptography for the last half hour...closest I can find so far for the first one is:

CHEUJ CHAVE HOSIDAJ CHARACTER
"2 1.5 LEN" WASKED A "GREEN LISE" TO ME "IN THE HIUE"
"GONE WITH THE WIND" "THE LIVFITV" "LPTINJ ON THE MOPNTJ"

Character, and Gone With the Wind stick out so far. I'll keep working at it for now...

HABS, concerning Part 2, I'm wondering if there might be a mistake

A) R FLTBORF ZNWO R ZWQ KRNUWWF
B) FKRR "MWIDLF ZIRBHLB"
C) RF LFMIJBH KWEFUS

Noticing how the the two Rs are both by themselves, assuming the cipher is in English, they must be either an A or an I
And yet, in the B) part, there is a double R. But no words exist (that I know of), in english, that include an AA or an II.

Thanks!

Finished the third one as well. Just stuck with the second...

THIS ELEMENT WAS DISCOVERED IN 1898. IT HAS A MELTING POINT OF 115.79 KELVIN AND A BOILING POINT OF 119.93 K.

I am sorry for all the double posts . It is late and I'm a bit too tired to edit.

Btw the "element" is krypton guys.

Pretty sure that means Superman here may be a wolf. Changing to him for the time being, while I have a look at the second part.

There is no mistake... I used an encryption program I found online to do it. I know I typed the standard text in right, so keep working at it.

Awesome! Voting superman as well. Try to solve the second one before the round ends in case the wolves eat you.

Thank you sooooo much for working on the clue BJ. I usually like to play around with them but its Finals Week and I must say that other priorities are taking my time.

I will vote Superman based on your clue Ill check back to see if there is anything else to consider. But I must get my sleep before class tomorrow.

JUST AN ASIDE: Baby, there are LOADS of words in English that have AA in them. Just a few: BAA, BAZAAR, and AARDVARK not to mention ancient spellings of words such as PRAAM (now PRAM). Of course none of those are 4 letters.
There are more words than I can count that have ii in them. But again nothing of 4 letters.
So JJ must be right that it is an abbreviation or an acronym.

.
